This Is She is a collection of my intimate, original poetry across the course of seven years.

Originally self-published in 2025, I re-released This Is She with Alegría Bilingual Publishing in 2026 with an enhanced preface and new cover art.

She touches on themes of love, loss, female rage, existentialism, identity, feminism, Latinidad, and remembering who you are. I am forever influenced by poets like Alejandra Pizarnik and Idea Vilariño, whose rawness reminds me not to ignore my own.

I like my poetry to remind my readers that even a 'healer' (in this case, a therapist) has healing to do.
