Therapist Speaking Engagements & Psycho-education

I am often asked questions about mental health by friends, family, community members, and sometimes, even strangers, upon hearing that I am a therapist.

Mental healthcare is often inaccessible in and of itself, making it difficult to get real answers to your lingering questions.

If you are located in Southern California, I'd love to visit your classroom, youth group, community center, podcast, etc. to provide psycho-education— and I am happy to do so in English or Spanish.

Psycho-education is the delivery of information or knowledge about mental health topics by a licensed therapist, typically to large groups of people. Keep in mind, psycho-education is not psychotherapy.
